Improvements

Gatco recently took delivery of a new CNC lathe and a new CNC grinder to increase productivity and produce consistent quality parts.

The latest version of Auto-Cad has been implemented for faster turn around time from proposal to finish design.

Electronic gaging has been purchased to more accurately measure critical dimensions.

New processes have been developed to improve the runout (T.I.R.) accuracy of our rotary bushings and toolholders.

Other

Gatco, Inc. has recently introduced a standard line of milling arbor bushings which are cataloged in inch and metric sizes.

Gatco is expanding it’s sales territory to Mexico, China, Germany, Brazil, Italy, and the United Kingdom.
